1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostDin (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostDin is an AI-powered LinkedIn content workspace. We help users create LinkedIn post drafts, carousel drafts, content ideas, scheduling workflows, analytics views, and lead signal analysis based on their account context and writing style. Certain features, including LinkedIn connection, publishing, scheduling, exports, and analytics, may require a paid plan or manually granted access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PostDin. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at contact@postdin.com. PostDin is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • PostDin offers a no-card trial with limited usage, plus subscription-based paid plans. Pricing and included limits are available on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You are responsible for choosing the plan that fits your expected usage. Plan limits may apply to AI generations, idea refreshes, Voice DNA rebuilds, lead scoring, AI DM suggestions, and carousel generation/export features.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing, limits, or plan packaging with reasonable notice to existing subscribers where required.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund requests must be sent to contact@postdin.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostDin to:

  • Publish spam, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content on LinkedIn.
  • Violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service or User Agreement.
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities.
  • Use PostDin to send unsolicited messages, automate direct messaging, or spam other LinkedIn users.
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, entitlement checks, or security controls.

8. LinkedIn Integration

PostDin connects to LinkedIn via a third-party OAuth provider. When you connect your LinkedIn account and use publishing or scheduling features, you authorize PostDin and its provider to submit posts on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. PostDin is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

9. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided as a tool to assist your writing. This includes post drafts, carousel drafts, ideas, lead scoring, and AI DM suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing or sending it. PostDin does not send messages automatically and makes no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, business outcome, engagement, reach, or performance of AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through PostDin. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. PostDin’s software, design, and branding remain our exclusive property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostDin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
